Shipping policy

Most of our items are made to order, therefore require production prior to shipping. Production times differ based on items, those estimates are stated on each individual listing. Most order ship out within 1-5 business days however some order (such as custom coloring, large group orders, etc) may take up to 10 business days. You will be contacted after purchase IF your production time estimate needs to be extended, otherwise your order will ship within the quoted time on the listing. Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days. Length of shipping is different based on the method you choose to ship. There are 3 methods to ship:

  • Standard generally takes 2-5 business days to ship (but can take longer).
  • Priority will generally take 2-3 business days to ship.
  • Express will take 1-2 business days guaranteed to ship (or USPS honors refunded shipping).

Shipping estimates are the length of additional time once your item has been dropped off at the post office. Production times DO NOT change based on the shipping method you choose (please see above for production timing). If you need expedited production please contact us, additional costs may apply. 

Items are shipped by a 3rd party (normally USPS) Once we ship your item, it is -literally- in the hands of another company who is then responsible. If an item is lost or damaged in the shipping process it is not Be Everthine responsibility. We will work with you and give our best advice on how you could handle the situation with the postal service to obtain a refund. However Be Everthine is not responsible for any late, damaged, or lost packages caused during shipment. The customer is responsible to contact the 3rd party to obtain fees or refunds. Please double check your address at check out, as orders are shipped to the address you, as the customer, submit. We will not refund or re-send orders submitted with incorrect addresses. If you notice the address on your order is incorrect after purchasing, please contact us ASAP and we’ll have the shipping information changed before shipment. Addresses cannot be changed after shipping labels are created for orders.
