Items that are made to order, personalized, or custom are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations.
In the case your item is eligible to be returned, the following are standard procedure
- Return Shipping is not provided
- Refund or Partial refund will be provided through either original payment or store credit
- Returning product must be in original condition
- Tags must remain intact
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
