This custom bridal gown has been specially designed by Be Everthine as a made-to-order piece for the client listed above. The garment is a folklore meets showgirl glam inspired design for a bridal moment

This gown is a one-of-a-kind creation reflecting the aesthetic and specifications discussed between the designer and client. Fabric selection and design concept were approved prior to this agreement.

Terms of Purchase

1. No Refunds & All Sales Final: This garment is a custom-made, made-to-order design; therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the order is placed and confirmed.

2. No Alterations Provided: Just like any other bridal boutique, we will strive to match the sizing to your measurements as closely as possible. However, it’s important to understand that alterations may still be necessary. Please keep in mind that Be Everthine specializes in DESIGN + production, and is not a tailoring service. We collaborate with skilled dressmakers overseas to create your custom look, but they do not handle alterations. As a customer, the responsibility for alterations falls on you. In the scenario that you need alterations, we can assist you to finding a local tailors and have pre-selected recommendations available for the Phoenix, AZ, and Raleigh, NC areas.

3. Design Rights: Be Everthine reserves the right to retain ownership of the design and may reuse, modify, or reproduce elements of it for future creations.

4. Fabric Color Variations: While fabrics have been approved via images, there may be slight color variations in person due to differences in monitor display settings and lighting conditions. These variations are natural and not grounds for return or dispute.

5. Potential Additional Fees: The quoted price includes all standard materials and design work. However, some circumstances may cause for additional fees. For example; shipping prices, tariffs may cause increase in fabrics and shipping from overseas in between the time of quote and purchase, desire to have in person samples, etc.

By proceeding with this order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
