  • Blow up all balloons
  • Pair up 2 balloons and tie the ends together (pair up all balloons)
  • Take one pair and tie ribbon around their base.
  • Add another pair to the ribbon, wrap ribbon around base to pull in pair closely
  • Continue for all pairs
  • Place glue dots on balloons where you wish to have the straws attach
  • Attach straws as posts
